HidroPoint Cast Iron Sewage Pump, Submersible - 115 V, 6/10 HP, 7000 GPH

I got 2 of these pumps. The pumps came very quickly they were received well before the promised date. These work very well and are a bargain for the price. They have been installed over a month now with no problems. I had some trouble with the initial installation and spoke to the company for some information. They responded promptly and I was able to determine the problem was my piping and not the pumps. Fixed my problem with the piping and the pumps work great with a very low current draw. I highly recommend them and the customer service. The only thing that would make this better would be to offer longer cord lengths. I replaced pumps that had a 20' cord so i had to do more electrical work. I would be willing to pay more for a longer length cord.

I ordered this item on Monday, and was EXTREMELY grateful that it arrived on Wednesday. The delivery date beat the estimated SHIPPING date when ordered! While the pump was apparently designed to operate in a small, plastic tank such as is used in basement applications for lifting, I have a 400 gallon lifting tank that the product installed in perfectly, and operates very well in. I am very impressed with the seller, the quality of construction of the product, and the value for my money. I have been replacing the pump in my lift station every 5 or 6 years, and spending hundreds more for comparable products. Highly recommend this seller and their product

I had the pump professionally installed. The pump worked great for a couple of days and then it would not shut off. We had to unplug the unit and then wait for my professional to free up time out of his schedule to come back and assess what was wrong. He told me that he could not repair it. I have reached out to the company to make it right. I will give additional feedback, once they either perform or let me down. I won't hold it against the company reference my additional cost of paying for the additional installation, just so long as they send me a properly working pump. Be advised that only water has been used in my basement bathroom. No one has yet to poop in that bathroom.

It works as the unit is supposed to. but be sure of your application, The float is very heavy and needs lots of clearance to move. Pump will not turn on until the float is almost straight up. Meant for large tanks, not small ones. Is quiet and powerful.

Replaced a burned out Sta-Rite PWS4C01A pump with one of these. The HidroPoint is quieter, more powerful, has a built-in tethered switch, and costs less than most comparable pumps. Packaged well for shipping. So far it seems like a winner.

Great product
