12 Inch (300mm) Impulse Sealer - Cellophane Bag sealer + Free KIT (12 Inch)

Fortunately I had already seen some YouTube videos explaining how to operate an impact sealer because the instruction included with this device were almost unintelligible to anyone whose first language is English. How difficult would it be for the manufacturer to obtain the services of someone to perform an accurate translation of their instruction sheet? Putting this complaint aside, the 12 inch sealer has worked fine to date in sealing my books in shrink-wrap for shipping.

Wanted to seal items in pvc bags. Easy to use and seals perfectly. Best price I could find for 12in.

The stock picture of this item looks nice, until you receive it and realize this thing is 95% plastic. The power cord is the thinnest cord I've ever seen and this thing is pulling high current through the heating wire. No UL Listing, no fuses or any kind of safety devices. Build quality is fairly poor, the most noticeable problem is a large amount of horizontal play in the sealing arm which makes it difficult to get an accurate sealing line.I used this impulse sealer for some light duty packing work and after about 3 weeks and it broke. The heating element snapped today like a guitar string.I was lured in by the "free replacement kit". Which you will undoubtedly need as it will break in no time.Even when it was working the results were wildly inconsistent. Sometimes it would seal in 2 seconds. Sometimes it would take 2 or 3 more tries. Sometimes the seal would be shredded.

I've had this sealer for about 6 months now and was super happy with it until recently. The plastic housing around the screw melted. Its misshapen now and will no longer work. The sealer was set to a medium level so it wasn't super hot. But now I have to go buy a new one. These things should last a lot longer than 6 months.

I love this product, it makes packing my pralines so much nicer.

I bought this for my home business.. where i had to do the packing. I wanted some packaging machine to make the bubble package at home. Buying the packets from market is highly expensive.This product did the great job and did the same for what i bought this product. Value for money!!!

Returning this. Doesn't seal the shrink wrap. Tears at the shrink wrap and leaves air holes. I've only had it a day and I've already wasted more shrink wrap bags than I ever have.I've used plenty of impulse sealers and I figured I'd try a new brand instead of my old choice as they seem to not last with me at all but this one was worse than all the rest. I guess I'm going to have to save up and get a good quality one.Don't waste your money.

This unit functions exactly as expected and I'm pleased with the quality and functionality thus far. Sealing a bag is as simple has pressing down on the handle and releasing when the light turns off, whose operational timing is controlled by the adjustment knob on the front.
