One month shy of one year and it decides it doesn’t want to work anymore even though it’s flashing green for finally charged boooooo!!

stopped holding a charge after 15 months.Used the product bi-daily.When the product was able to hold a charge, it worked OK, maybe a little noisy, but it wasn't a big deal since you we would only operate the device for 40 seconds at a time to refill our Zero water tank from a 5 gallon water container.Just wish the quality was a little better, 15 months is not acceptable.

best purchase by far. I love it. We don't have a stand for our 5 gallon and I'm glad we don't because flipping it over is a pain the butt. Love it. Also I drink water temp water, so the fact that its not cold when it comes out is fine with me.

All good except it leaks and in weird places (like near the charging port!)Leaks underneath. Tubes and everything seem high quality. Hate the leaking at the base.

I ordered it for my 5gallon water bottle loved it except I don't know if it's suppose to be loose once I put it on the bottle and the manual is all in Chinese, so I have no clue if it's got more features... ???

This works perfect with 5 gal bottles! Charged it once and it has lasted for 2 bottles. Pump isn't loud but it's also not quiet. They need to have a version with English buttons. Other than that, it's a big win!

Makes getting water easier but does not secure to my bottle.
