I am not certain if it is the poor quality of the canvas, the paints, the brushes or all of these but this painting kit requires that you paint the image 3 or 4 times to cover the darkly printed red lines. The “canvas” feels more like vinyl than canvas, meaning the paints don’t absorb or stick to the medium. The back of the canvas actually feels more like the proper texture and makes me wonder if they didn’t print it on the wrong side. This is a Mother’s Day gift, so its too late to get another, at this point. Many of the tiny detail are impossible to accurately fill with the cheap brushes that were provided. You can easily find higher quality kits for the same price. This one is a waste of money and three times the time.

I’ve done many of these, this was by far the worst quality paint and very difficult! I’m not easily discouraged but this one is nearly impossible with microscopic numbers and no guide. What made it completely impossible was the fact that most of the paint was like rubber/dried up and useless. Wish I’d read the reviews and not spent so much time before I discovered the paint situation and couldn’t return it. Don’t buy.

Having done many of these painting I hoped that this one would be fun. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The design is outlined in red which is hard to cover once I started. The first paint container was thick and needed a lot of thinning. By the time I opened the third container the paint was completely dried out. Checking others at least 30% of containers were dried out. I buy this painting two at at time. I had just finished one and opened this box. Tried to return but return window is closed. Lets me know only buy one at a time and only when I finish the first one.

My sister and I happened to get a few paint by numbers kits for Christmas vacation to do in our down time. I ended up getting sick and was stuck at home for 2 weeks and this was a perfect way to spend time while I recovered. I ended up doing 3 different ones. I did end up getting a magnifying glass for this one as there are so many very small numbers.

I started this during the pandemic thinking it would be relaxing....even with my glasses on the numbers and spaces are so incedibly small that I only got thru half of the painting before I gave up. the paint was even thin and didn't cover the lines of the painting well. Very disappointed, I thought it would be a nice outlet. It said "beginner" but it was far from that.

Paint was dried up and the print is hard to paint over the red ink. Also this would be for an advanced painter

I’m disappointed with this produce. 4 of the paints are completely dried up and I just open the box to start painting. I’m in vacation camping and thought this was a fun project to do 🤬
