I loved looking through it a bunch of times. Plus it looks good on my coffee table.

Love the book for inspiration and always great to see your favorite brands and the people behind them, and how creative minds live and work as well as co-exist with others. The idea behind the book is to showcase how some of he most private but yet public figures in the arts and leisure world lives, work, and play. Great photography and an intimate look at how family, friends, and peace is desired more now than ever.

I'm so happy with this purchase and you will be too! Photographer Todd Selby takes the reader on a journey through all kinds of homes; quirky, creative, unique and stylish. Some people you will know and other you won't, but the photo shoots are all interesting and unique. It's a perfect coffee table book with a point of difference. BUY IT!!!

Let yourself into a crazy space of colorful and powerful living. This book gives you the inspiration to make your own home more personal and playful. Enjoy!

I'm not into the ultra modern, minimalist look. I like cosy, interesting spaces. If you like the former, this book is not for you! I absoloutely loved this book and was inspired by the creative people in it. I originally purchased it as a gift, but after flipping though it I had to get a copy for myself too.

I had heard about the website ([...]) and the photographer and was waiting to see this book. What I saw was far better than I could imagine. The detail and attention to the little things make this a real page turner. I highly suggest adding this to your coffee table.

This is the perfect gift for all your hippest and possibly hipster friends. Anyone with a good eye for fashion or interior design and/or a love of art will really appreciate this. It's a very unique book and is always fun to skim through.

I bought this book because I was hoping for super cool and creative home decorating and design ideas from all sorts of artists, but frankly, every single one of the homes in this book is simply fantastically overstuffed with all sorts of interesting but ultimately pointless crapola. (With the possible exception of the fabulous Helena Christensen's, whose taste seems a step more refined than that of all of the other artists/hoarders.) Reading this book made me want to get back up out of my bed and gather up most of my possessions for a big gar(b)age sale. Which I am now in the process of doing. Other than that, it is a well made book.

J'ai adoré rentrer et découvrir l'univers décalé et haut en couleur que nous propose Todd Selby.Définitivement un beau livre à découvrir.

気にはなっていたが購入までに至らなかった本。カーサ ブルータスの『インテリアの天才たち！』でトッド・セルビーが「僕がやりたいのは、面白い人たちがいて、その人たちが住んでいる家がその人柄を反映している(写真を撮りたい)ってこと」と語っていたので興味を持って購入。確かにこの写真集にでてくる人たちは、強烈なキャラクターばかりで、彼らのインテリアに注ぎ込んでいるエネルギーのすごさにたじろいだ。正直、紹介されているインテリアは、ちょっと自分の好みとは相容れないのだが、住み手の個性がビシビシ伝わってきて楽しい。好きなモノに取り囲まれ、グチャグチャだが不思議な統一感とセンスの良いインテリア、その持ち主の幸せそうな顔には、セルビーの狙うインスピレーションが伝わってきた。最近のインテリアで語られるシンプルとかモノが少なければいいといった住み手の人柄が見えないインテリアとは対極のもの。インテリアでも自分キャラクターをアピールしたい人にはおすすめ。純粋に写真集としても楽しめる。
