The puzzle mat arrived and I had a quick look to check before wrapping it for my friend. It is great quality and easily flattens out for when you're doing the jigsaw, and you just roll it up when you're ready to store away the jigsaw until next time. My friend *loves* it and says it has helped her get her dining table back as she can pack away her jigsaw each day rather than having to leave it out ! I might have to get one for myself as we do enjoy jigsaws but never thought we had the room, we don't have that excuse any more !

It came folded and when you put your puzzle on could not get it to lie flat. Therefore only worked to put the puzzle away and after being rolled up for a month still would not lie flat. Frustrated as bought so my granddaughter could work on a puzzle at my house and we could roll it up until next time

Other reviews were right that straps don't fit around it, you have to crinkle and scrunch it to squeeze velcro straps on. Mainly, its not felt, it's a shiny, recycled plastic-type hard coarse material. Will not lay flat, so not fun to work puzzle with high spots that barely interlock. Don't get this one.

I think its useless. Only thing is good is to do your puzzle on the felt. Wouldn't recommend.

Felt seems to catch every hair, every spec of dirt, etc. It was creased so the puzzle didn't stay flat.

Ordered two of these mats to help with a move, and get two unfinished puzzles stored. Works as expected, but both are missing the storage bag that were supposed to be included.

I used the product to hold a 1000 piece puzzle. It wirjed great and held everything in place.
