You won't know what you missed
I read this summary,then decided to read the actual book. Longo's metaphore of a battle between the Romans( healthy cells) and Cathagians (cancer cells) and how the Romans survive the arrows (chemo) was in itself worth the price of the book. As well,the profits from the book continue this ,beyond pharmaceuticals, research area. But this summary book could have cost Me the nuances of understanding the book offered.The fact that this author wrote a summary of the claims of Dr. Gundy should have allerted me before ordering.( The Gundy claims book is denounced by real research by Dr Michael Gregers team of researchers at Nutricianfacts.org

Appreciate this simple clear summary. Wish more such books would do the same. Not at all necessary to read the whole book.

The most important ideas about his diet
I have to read a lot of books about nutrition so a summary is perfect to get the idea in little time. I did have the audible of this book, and the summary is right, just the important facts about the doctor diet and ideas.
