Good product for Vietnamese summer rolls (cha Gio)
Well packaged and good products for my summer rolls wrap with green veggies . It isn’t broken easily like others. Seems a little bit thicker layer that’s why it may help. I only dam it with some warm water.Haven’t tried to use for frying spring rolls (cha gio) yet but the package said it’s possible so will try and update later.

Super great Product and super fun to use!!
I was nervous to use these but love spring rolls. Got a few tips from a recipe on line. Very easy to use and fun to fill...did the first batch last night....key is not getting them too wet...the recipe said to make sure they were still stiff as they continue to soften....also use a plastic cutting board. They did not stick or tear. Filled with cucs, carrots, avocado and peppers. Made my own peanut sauce...YUMMY!!!
