The app keeps you honest with your diet and lifestyle, while the products are packaged together and ready to take in seconds – super easy and super convenient. Also looking forward to see what new products they release in the future.UPDATE: I had finished my Healthy Immunity packet in the months of January/February in the middle of flu/cold season and the results were awesome. Throughout my household my wife and both my kids at some point or another came ill with either the flu and/or colds, while I did not - even while spending my time caring for them and sleeping in the same room/bed as them. Now that we're a bit out of the cold & flu season and heading into the spring, I decided to try the My Healthy Body kit for a full body treatment. In the past it was a chore to take everything that i wanted, and not to mention more expensive. I had to order Probiotic, Multi Vitamins, Fish Oil, Digestive Meds etc. etc. separately and open separate bottles and set reminders throughout the day to take them. It was expensive and time consuming. Now I'm saving money by consolidating into one pack, and also it's super easy I just take the pack with my breakfast every day and I'm set. I can definitely feel the energy the pack provides and gives me to get through the day. I have enough in stock right now to last me through the next four months. Definitely recommended.

I've noticed that the manufacturer has responded to numerous reviews and indicated that they're in the process of making changes to their packaging, etc. I think that was a good decision, as there were some relatively significant problems with it. It's clear that everything was packaged with care, and that's appreciated, but as others have mentioned, it is extraordinarily wasteful with the extraneous cardboard, inserts, etc. That each day's supplements are pre-packaged is very convenient, but I can see how that extra packaging wouldn't be considered ideal by others.Most problematic, though, was the sachet of potpourri. I understand that they were likely trying to do something that was a nice surprise for people upon opening the boxes, and it ties in with their overall message. However, the scent was atrocious and incredibly strong; making matters worse was the fact that bits of the potpourri had escaped from the sachet and gotten all over the inside of the box, so everything had to be thrown away.Now these things may not be issues going forward given the stated intentions of making some changes, but it did not create the most pleasant experience for me.As for the supplements themselves, I received those geared toward immunity. There were several capsules to take, but I didn't have an issue with that or with their size, which didn't strike me as being too large or anything out of the norm. I also didn't experience any kind of aftertaste or unpleasant side effects.That said, I can't say that I noticed any actual benefits; in fact, just before I stopped taking them, I found myself getting sick for the first time in a long time. Granted, the allergy situation in my neck of the woods is pretty terrible this year, but it doesn't seem as though these supplements helped ameliorate that in any way, nor did I find the severity or duration of the illness to be lessened at all.Others have had good results with this company's supplements, and again, it's clear that YouVeda cares about its products. However, it just wasn't a great experience for me, and the pricepoint is, of course, quite high. As these things tend to affect/work for people differently, I certainly wouldn't discourage anyone who is interested from trying these supplements, but I can't see myself taking these again.
