If you are not completely confident of your skill level, having a licensed and experienced installer is definitely recommended. ### ⭐ Likely to break *by E***N on October 7, 2024* I have read so many reviews on so many hot tub control panels. I tried to pick the one I thought would last the longest despite reviews on almost every brand saying it was iffy. We got this hooked up, rejoiced in our small skillset, and enjoyed our hot tub for less than a month total. We did not install it right away, but within the 30 days of receiving. It was summer, so it was not on a whole lot. It ran for just over a month before continually tripping the system and now never turning it back on. We even had an electrician over and he narrowed down the problem to the control panel unit. Spaguts customer service was not helpful in email and they don't seem to like answering phones as I can't get ahold of them that way either. We spent a pretty penny on this unit and after barely any use and not being able to get ahold of tech support, are not happy.
