Easy To Install, Looks Good, Seems to be Well Made
I was a little unsure about this item based on the low price, but I am happy with it after getting it installed in about 45 minutes just before dark and a rain cloud hit. The directions are adequate, but watching the video when I was looking at the item was much more helpful. To boil it down to quick steps:1.Put the cover at the front of the bed and lay out the right and left sides on your bed rails and insert side ends into front cross piece and tighten screws on side pieces to mate with front cross bar.2. Remove utility track plugs at the ends and slide in the three retaining blocks with one at front, mid and rear.3. Drop in the metal plates into the side piece channels to match the utility block locations and insert a screw driver shaft behind the metal plate to hold it in place to screw the top of the mount bracket into the plate.4. Screw in the bolt for the lower bracket hole into the retaining block and repeat steps 3 & 4 for rest of the brackets leaving them loose for the moment. (note: there are extra washers for mid and rear plates)5. Measure the distance from side rail to side rail at the rear of the bed and make sure it is the right length to mate up with the rear cross bar so the latch mechanism engages correctly. Note: There is no spacer washer between the front bracket base and mounting block, the middle bracket has one spacer washer and the last rear bracket has three spacer washers between the mounting block and bracket to get the proper pacing on the side rails at the rear to ensure the proper distance is met.6. Once the latching distance is verified, start at the back and tighten the bolts in the brackets and apply downward pressure on to side rail as tightening to try and get the foam on the base of the cover rail to seal better with the bed rail. While I was able to get mine to latch after a little finagling, I may go back and try to add a larger spacer at the rear brackets to make it easier. Since I installed the cover last night, we have had pretty steady rain and I just checked the bed and looks dry other than the water droplets that fell in when opening the tail gate. I think this will serve my purpose well of protecting the bed and giving me a little bit of gas savings plus it gets out of the way when I need full bed access. Time will tell on the materials used to construct the device, but the crossbars and rails felt substantial during the install and I don't see why they will not last several years. My only experience with something similar to this was a cover I had installed on my old 2001 Dodge Dakota. While I don't remember the brand, this one feels and works similarly and I think I paid over $400 back then for the cover and installation.UPDATE:I did go back and install some more spacers on the rear most track mount bracket. What I found when taking the bolt out to insert my new spacer was the washers provided with the kit were small enough to go inside the bracket slot, which means they weren't really adding any space as designed. I took a piece of 1" bar steel from the hardware store and cut about a 1" square and drilled a hole for the bolt. This along with a couple of the original washers seems to have brought the right and left side ends close enough together that latching the back of the cover down seems more secure and no finagling needed. If I have one nit about the cover is the Nylon pull strap to release the latch has come un-stitched. I tried some super glue on it, but it did not hold. So when I am using epoxy to glue something else or have my rivet tool out, I will fix it one to those ways. Also, the small pieces of foam on the back corners on my cover came loose after it appears the glue got hot and melted into a sticky mess. I have some camper shell sticky backed foam and will make some new foam corners one day. I have gone through a touchless car wash with the cover in place and it seems to have held in position well with no problems.

Great Choice if on a Budget.
A well-made product that fits very nicely on my 2017 Tacoma SR. Was looking at covers but didn't want something that was too bulky and this really takes the cake. The instal was pretty simplistic and didn't take long at all. Have been using it for about 4 months now and have no issues with it. Very good quality for the price.

Good Value. Exactly what I was looking for in a roll up bed cover.
Having this cover on my truck for the past couple months I can say I am happy with the purchase. It looks good on the truck and has held up great covering my gear on camping trips this summer. Don't expect it to be completely watertight as Tacoma beds aren't water tight, it does do a decent job keeping most of the weather out though.Install was a little tricky. Had to spend some time trying to get the rails properly aligned so the cover would latch at the tailgate. Only had to dial it in once and it has stayed aligned after opening the cover up multiple times per week.Would recommend, good option for a cheap roll-up bed cover.

Worth it
The highlight of this is the price. Haven't found another long bed cover for the third gen Tacoma at this price point. It has lasted good for this few months. It does let some water in, but just drips. The latch is a bit finicky and I had to bend some brackets to make it close correctly. Fits right and works well with the accessory rain in the bed.

Great bed cover!!
Easy to install! I have had it on a month now and it keeps everything dry!! Security is kinda like a soft top Jeep. It does give some security but it’s Velcro away from being gone. Love the topper and love the look!
