I absolutely love my Keto cheat sheet magnets! Wow, I wish I would have had these when I first started on my keto journey a few years ago. They not only illustrate great information, they are easy to read, a great size for your fridge! They help new keto folks and stand as a perfect reminder for those people who have been in the game for a bit. I especially love the veggie one, I often would stay away from many vegetables when I first started out for fear of carbs, but with this, I can quickly look at the cheat sheet when meal planning, list making and recipe modifying.
