Exerscribe Occlusion Training Bands - Blood Flow Restriction Training

My son has a home gym where he spends every moment when he's not working. Blood flow restriction training has been part of his weekly training for awhile, but he has raved about the difference since he bought the occlusion bands from Exerscribe. He swears that they make the workout more productive and more intense and won't part with them. He's a hard person to impress-

Basically it does its job. It does restrict your blood flow, and you can really feel it. However, it is too rough to wear, especially on your thighs. It hurts my skin a lot when I wear them.

I was pretty disappointed, especially considering the price. It is made with cheap plastic, popped on of the bindings putting one on. As for the actual occlusion I got much better results using a pair of $5 ace wraps from walmart

A friend told me about blood flow restriction training so I thought I'd try it. After using these occlusion bands for a week I've noticed a major difference in my strength and gains in the gym. These things are awesome!!!

For arms they work well. For legs, they are very hard to pull them tight enough and the buckle has fallen off a few times.

Wonderful and simple device to use. NOT FOR THE AMATEUR. Ensure you study up before using this.

Good product but be warned these are not elastic and have w very small surface area, meaning when using them to occlude your arms they are very painful and your arm as no room to flex because they are not elastic. I recommend buying the black and yellow knee wraps and using those to occlude your arms, shoulders, or legs.
