save your money, get a metal sieve and a fine cheesecloth for 1/3 of cost. The bucket is not able to be used in Instantpot, that was false advertising. You could get the bucket from washing out an ice cream bucket for free. A rip-off.

Did a great job. Yogurt separated after about 12 hours. Strained it and it was ready to eat. Very pleased.

Not quite as big as I would like. I use 1 gal of milk at a time to make yogurt and I boil it. Since I boil it I can’t use the plastic buckets that came with the kit. The recipe that comes with this product uses ultra pasteurized milk so no need to boil. I was going to return it but decided I can use the strainer and bag.

I have used this set of products for several rounds of yogurt-making and found them very useful, easy to clean, and to process delicious tasting homemade Greek type yogurt.

I love it! The only down side is that the metal strainer is a little too shallow for making a gallon worth of yogurt, so the whey tends to leak over the edge of the bucket. The mesh bag is very durable and easy to clean. The plastic buckets are similar to gallon size ice cream buckets and so far seem to be quite durable.

Bag too small for strainer or buckets. Better just to buy the bags and use a standard strainer inside a cheap ice cream bucket. Strainer seems cool but really cannot fit well into 6 quart instant pot.

Works well but expensive for what you get, however you can make a gallon at a time and it fits inside my instapot. I just pit a cup of water in the bottom of the instapot then slide in the plastic bucket. Make sure you don’t use the buck to sanitize your milk.
