Comes in a nice box that is great storage, it is a quality of this knife. It is super sharp and looks great. The weight and feel are excellent, one of the best knife I have bought for a good price.

This knife is advertised as a 67 layer Damascus steel blade with a VG-10 core.First things first. I have been a blacksmith for many years, having produced many Damascus steel blades of many different patterns. In fairness I have not made, not do I have the equipment to produce stainless steel Damascus, as this knife claims to be.Under microscopic examination, his knife is clearly mechanically etched to simulate a Damascus pattern, with little effort expended to make it appear authentic. Further, VG-10 contains cobalt, which gives the steel a characteristic hue. The seller claims that this knife is VG-10 sandwiched between stainless Damascus. An examination of the life's spine should reveal this layering under the microscope, but actually reveals a single piece of steel.It is my considered, professional opinion that this knife has not been made from what it claims, not used the construction methods claimed.My rating is based on this.Otherwise, it appears to be a well designed chef's knife with good quality hande, blade shape, and delivered with a fine edge. It just isn't remotely what it claims to be.

i was very discouraged to buy this after seeing all the false advertising shown in copious amountsclaiming vg-10 steel with 67 damascus pattern at $9.98 is like claiming the 5000 dollar car for sale is a bugatti veyron, it's simply not possible............. on top of that, having badges like "100% best" is simply laughable, and a turn off for any buyerhowever, i did take the plunge, and the blade looks nice, the weight distribution seems great, the handle is comfortable, and the blade, though having an artifical damascus, certainly looks quite prettyand the sharpness is very very good........... an extremely sharp blade no doubtthis is a fantastic purchase at $9.98, and the false advertising did nothing but weaken its credibility

Very sharp and light, easy cutting thin slices of onions and tomatoes, after a month of everyday use, it need some light sharpening and It is good as new. Thin blade makes knife very sharp. Can’t ask for more for $10 knife!

It's a great knife for regular day to day use. The blade holds its sharpness for long time even during use everyday. It's a beautifully designed knife. I wish the handle was a bit heavier, but just a bit. It's a great knife, I will be purchasing again in the future.

Almost everything about this knife was a lie. It said REAL Damascus. It was not. Just a laser etched design on the blade. It said it has a through-tang. It did not. Just a glued on plastic (made to look like wood) handle. It was super light, VERY chintzy, and an embarrassment to leave out in your kitchen where someone might actually see it. I have now returned it, and have received a full refund. Save yourself the hassle. Amazon should remove this seller for completely misleading unsuspecting buyers.
