Shaft seal fits Black+decker pool pump 1.5 hp
I used only shaft seals from this kit for the repair of the leaking black+decker pool pump 1.5hp. The shaft seals fit perfectly on black+decker pool pump. I will see how it works in the long run but the original shaft seal on brand new pump survived 2 years only. Still the pump is great, easy to fix.

Worked GREAT!!!!!
This fit my pump and repaired the leak that was shorting out the pump and tripping the breaker.This kit saved me from buying a new $700 pump.It was very easy to replace all the gaskets.Just buy the kit with the silicone lube, or have some silicone lube on hand to complete the setup of this gasket kit.Awesome purchase.I'm very happy I bought this and was able to fix my pump and save a lot of money.

I waited to long to do this
This is and easy replacement. I waited too long to replace these and ended up causing bearing damage in my motor.These are cheap replace them at first signs of wear.The replacement was easy.As others have stated the strainer basket seal doesn't seem too fit right. My previous was in good shape so I continued to use that one. Everything else worked great.

The exact same kit my pool store wanted to sell me for three times the price. Make sure to match the kit you order with your specific pump model as there are numerous kits for the same manufacturer.

Exactly what I Needed
Used this for a Haywood Super Pump that was leaking and it did the job. Everything fit perfectly. An easily-found online video on how to install really helps. The only thing this did not come with was so much-suggested silicone. I used some silicone spray on each gasket before application: makes the entire job a lot easier.

One gasket was wrong size
The gasket was almost twice the width of the required gasket. All other gaskets worked fine and were as described.
