Sturdy, heavyweight parchment that will stand up to a lot of demanding uses. Silicone coated, so it can take the heat. "Reusable" to the extent that you could bake several consecutive batches of cookies on the same sheet, not that you'd wash t and stick it in a drawer for a couple of weeks. The price buying through Amazon instead of direct from KAF is relatively high, but it works for me because the shipping costs even things out. YMMV.

Best product I've found! I bought these last year for the holiday baking spree and love them! The pre cut sheets lie flat on the cookie sheet. I do trim mine to fit but they fit most regular size cookie sheets. I am able to use them for several batches of cookies. I use them to line my cake pans and any time I use a cookie sheet in the oven. There is almost no clean up needed when you use these sheets. Nothing sticks to them. Using parchment helps offer insulation for thin baking sheets so your cookies will bake more evenly. One pack will last a very long time.

These work great. When time is of the essence, I just pull a sheet out, onto the pan and I'm ready to go. No more trying to measure out parchment from a roll, then fitting, etc.... Holds up well to the heat and spills, no leaking, so don't even need to wash the pan. At this price, I don't even reuse them. Highly recommend, amazing how something so simple can make life so much better.

Great parchment paper. No need to ruin dough with added flour. Roll out even the stickiest dough between 2 sheets, no sticking and best of all no mess on my counter. So much easier to get cutout cookie dough off these. If making small cutouts I suggest spacing them out a bit, pull the excess dough from between cutouts and transfer parchment dierctly to baking sheet. Baked several batches on these and they didn't even change color. Fit my half sheet pans perfectly and no more dealing with paper curling up like with standard parchment.

This stuff is really great. No large rolls, no cutting. I am totally blind, and having to measure and cut parchment paper is something I don't really want to do. Convenience is the thing. This stuff fits my large cookie sheet perfectly. If I am baking batches, I can use the papers at least twice, (I would not do more). Then it's just a matter of rolling them up and tossing them. It saves dealing with oiling pans and making a mess.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these! Super handy and they don't curl like paper from a roll. Just pull out a sheet and your're ready to bake. No measuring, cutting, or trying to get it to lay flat. I store these with my baking sheets. Worth the money.

It works. But I'll disagree with others I don't love it.It's thinner & smoother than the roll type I normally buy at the store. I find that comparing side-by-side after one batch of cookies, the grease pools more & the paper becomes brittle faster.I love the idea of sheets rather than unrolling and hoping I've pulled the right amount. It's great to not have the paper trying to roll up on my baking sheets. But I'm not a fan of the paper material & coating.

I've used this parchment paper for years for all my baking. I like that the sheets are flat so there is no curling. I use each sheet for a couple of batches of cookies. Great results!
