Mede8er MED800X3D/wp Media player With Wifi

This is an adequate media player for basic local home network use. I replaced an aging popcorn hour player for Hi-Def and the Mede8er's advanced features. Unfortunately, some of the advertised features are non-functional and the support is really bad. If you are enamored of the advertised ability to locate movie info, poster graphics, and trailers and automatically integrate them into a searchable movie jukebox, don't count on seeing it; the documentation is sketchy and out of date, the software itself is under-engineered to the point that when it fails, there are no messages or diagnostics to help you out; support is provided largely by a community forum of home-brew folks who view the product as a hobby. Additionally, some of the many movie formats (AVI/XVID) my old player (and my $39 micca spec) would play do not play on the Mede8er without a file conversion (evidently some Divx licensing issue) dispite the fact the spec sheet says they'll play.My advice would be to get a more basic WD TV player for less money or if you need more, put PLEX on your home PC and add a ROKU for streaming. I'll be doing that and just using the MEDE8ER for file storage...

The MED800X3d is a reasonably good player that requires a fair amount of work (and time) to set it up. Audio/video performance is adequate. As already stated above, documentation is sketchy, very poorly organized and sometimes misleading. If the unit fails within warranty, it will be replaced, but if it fails after that, there is zero (as in NONE whatsoever) support, NO service data and NO spare parts. IOW, you're on your own, with the only option of tossing your $300+ unit and getting a new one.

La consegna è stata come sempre puntuale,grazie ad Amazon Prime. Acquistato soprattutto per la visione delle iso bluray in 3D, ho subito riscontrato problemi durante la riproduzione in quanto l'audio hdmi era assente e soprattutto le iso non venivano lette in 3D. Tutto ciò nonostante avessi già aggiornato il firmware all' ultima versione disponibile sul forum della casa produttrice. Ho anche provato firmware meno recenti ma senza risultato. Da alcuni video visti su youtube ho notato la mancanza di alcune impostazioni nel menù del mio apparecchio tipo l'assenza della voce 1080p ( mi dava solo l'impostazione 1080i come risoluzione massima). Per scrupolo ho voluto provare il lettore su un televisore diverso dal mio( entrambi tv Smart di ultima generazione) ma il risultato è stato identico per cui ho deciso subito di riimpacchettare il tutto e rispedirlo al mittente perché sicuramente difettoso e di puntare su un modello differente

Je n'ai pas encore mis de disque à l’intérieur, c'est pour bientôt.Des clés USB ou des disques externes sont connectés. Il fonctionne parfaitement et lit tous les formats sauf les divx mais il y a moyen de les modifier facilement si besoin. L'idéal reste les MKV en 2D ou 3D avec son multicanal. La gestion des bandes son et des sous titres est parfaite.Si vous ne comptez pas mettre de disque à l’intérieur, inutile de prendre ce modèle, le 600 suffira, c'est la même électronique.Très bon produit, pas de regrets.
