The powder is fine, however the case arrived all beat up and in poor shape. Should have returned.

This is really tiny...and the blended item makes for you to get way too much bronzer which overtakes the neutralizer, unless you want to use a tiny brush for your entire face! As for the quality of the product and the effectiveness of the neutralizer...I can't say because my face turned out way too bronzed. The packaging and design is horrible.
