They're not, or at least not for me. I've removed them and will probably upgrade the controller to a 32 bit board in the near future. I just wanted something quick and easy to fit in the meantime but they reduced the power of the stepper motors to the point the machine wouldn't even home correctly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cheap upgrade for a 3D printer *by C***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 June 2020* Easy to install, but don't be a doofus like me. I first attempted to install these on my CR-10S by unplugging the steppers at the printer... That's a bit of a no no.
