This is a super soft flexible shoe! Not a solid sole but maybe that is okay. It seems to be very well constructed with quality materials. I feel like I am wearing a slipper! I would not recommend this shoe to someone that needs a hard sole or for foot protection but if you are looking for a sharp looking, super comfortable loafer then you will not be disappointed with this shoe. The quality surpassed my expectation. I have only had it for a couple of weeks now so too early to say on durability but so far no signs of wear and several days of wearing them! Often times when I buy shoes I am very disappointed with the insole of the shoe and I end up buying aftermarket insoles to replace and compensate - NOT the case with these shoes, the insole is extremely comfortable and well made!

Wasn't sure how these leather loafers would fit by reading some of the reviews, but I gave them a shot anyway. I ordered a 9 1/2 (my true size) but had a 10 in my queue just in case I needed to send these back. Got them in and tried them on with my sweat socks! They started to feel a little tight with my foot going in under the bridge but after I forced them past that point I was blown away. Soft leather, comfortable fit (and these were again with sweat socks on!) and wonderful feel. So much so, until I just walked around the house in them as if they were bedroom shoes!!! The tightness getting my foot in them were no doubt due to the sweat socks (which I won't be wearing when I use them). Excellent, excellent loafer! I'm way happy about these!

First, this shoe is beautiful. It looks exactly like it does in the product pictures. The problem with this shoes is the quality of material used. They are very very soft soles. They remind me of the cheap water shoes you buy at the dollar store because of the lack of rigidity. I absolutely love the way the shoes look and if you're going to be wearing them a couple of hours for fashion purposes I'm sure they will serve their purpose. I was looking more for something that I could work in. So if you're looking for a "hiking" shoe or a "work" shoe this product isn't really for you. The main reason I rated so high in stars is because of the look. Would not recommend.

This is an update to these shoes I bought one year ago now. I do not wear them daily and most times about 3 or 4 times a week. The only problem they have is a big problem. After just 3 months the heels have holes in them. Large air pocket holes . They get worse with time. The shows fit well are very comfortable to wear for sure , but for the $50 they are not worth it if the heels don't last long. I have just bought a 2nd pair in hopes the first pair was a fluke. I very much doubt it though. A co worker has the same shoes and the same problem with his. The heels have air pocket holes and his are worse. They leak water in. So he had to trash them. I'll update again after wearing and using the new pair in a few months.These shoes fit me like a glove. Normally I have to look around a lot to find shoes that fit me well.I sent my first pair of these back because a size 10 was just a little to big. Went with 9.5.So the reviews are correct. Getting a half size smaller is a good bet.They look very well made and the tread has a nice grip. I have walked on gravel and rocks and the tread is fine and not soft as others have claimed.Either that or they have very sensitive feet.Only time will tell how long they last. I'll report back if they don't last at least 6 months.

I like them.They fit well. I was a little concerned as I usually have to find wide fit shoes, and these were regular ones. But they work just fine.The insole is removable which is a huge bonus too.Update: These are considerably warmer than I anticipated. The little holes on the side are not air holes; they do not go all the way through.

These shoes are the most comfortable slip-on loafers I've ever owned. I normally wear 11.5 EE and getting the size 12 was the perfect choice. We have lots of slippery ice on the road and walking surfaces and the aggressive styling of the sole has kept me from falling; the rubber tread is very thick. The shoes are very light-weight and I'm able to wear them many hours without fatigue or pain. The styling is very well thought out and can be worn during outdoor activities, and worn inside at the office. I am going to purchase another pair, in brown. This is a very good deal.

I bought these for my dad who has wide feet because some of the reviews mentioned they fit wide feet well. My dad is notoriously frugal and as he just retired and is getting older, I didnt want him hurting his back or slipping on his 10$ loafers. When I got them I was worried cuz they looked SO slim but they actually fit him perfectly! He said they were were extremely comfortable! They have that nice new leather smell and are very nice looking! The soles are sturdy and look like they'll hold up for a long while! If you're like me you've been searching for good comfy loafers and on Amazon so many have TERRIBLE reviews, feel confident in these being a well priced, sturdy shoe. My dad doesnt even want to wear them on his nightly walks because they look so nice, but I assured him that they're made for walking and wearing and he's been enjoying them every day since fathers day!

It fits perfectly. Comfortable and has good cushioning effect at the heel. Bought 1 pair used it for a few days and ordered another.
