Potentially dangerous item. Not made clear that the unit is unsafe without a type B rcd.
The electrician who I asked to install this item contacted Morec to ask some important safety questions. Here are the Q & A'sQ. "Hi, I am an electrician and have been asked to install your morec ev charger 32A type 2 for a customer. They have supplied the charger and I am doing the design and risk assessments now.I have fitted many chargers and know the importance of getting the install correct, especially the earthing systems and residual current protection.It’s not just a case of sticking live neutral earth in a CU with rcd protection.There is no data sheet in the box just a user guide, and there are no specification on the charger on the actual equipment.Where can I find what protection is built into this machine. I really need to know if it has a type B rcd protection and what rating is it.If it doesn’t have this protection built in I know I have to provide it. What are the manufacturers recommendations.Most units have a 6 mA Btype built in.Please advise."A. Easy install and works
Simple installation as 'flying lead, not internal connection. My connection is via a 40 amp circuit and a 45 amp cooker point. Wall mount hed by four screws, then hang unit ( I used a heavy cable tie to hold it down, through the lock point). Plug park and cable hook both useful additions. Very easy to use. My current Ioniq PHEV charged in half the usual time at about 14 A. Replacement full electric vehicle not delivered yet - will update when full power charging attempted.

Don’t buy cheap price = cheap equipment Bits missing, charger is failed after 12 months.
Don’t use screws provide!Am missing the plug holder.But other than that, it’s a smart looking charger.Update.I’m in able to trust the charger now as it keep tripping out in warm/sunny weather.Spoke to customer service for over a month, done everything they asked with the promise of a new charger in a few days.In the end they blamed my home electric and told me to take a refund.I trust British electricians more than Chinese.

A decent product
Very pleased extremely easy to use looks good Had it installed this morning and it’s currently charging my car I purchased the 7kw type 2 model should take about 4 hours a very long lead so no problem reaching the cars charging point
