We got it for our daughter when she was 3 months and now she is 1 year. It has gotten a ton of use in the ocean, water park, and pool. We have received multiple comments on how sturdy and safe it looks by life guards at Disney. I feel very safe putting my baby in it to float because of the very secure strap system. And she feels safe in it too which is important. She's my fourth child, so we've been through alot of baby floats in my experience. Any blow up one you buy, never seems to hold the baby in place and you have to keep a constant watch in case the baby leans forward into the water. This one is amazing. Litterally the only float that I've ever used that keeps the baby safe, sturdy, and in the right position at all times. My baby used this from 3 to 6 months of age, so she always used this lying on her back. But the straps are adjustable and should fit her for next summer where she can lye in the forward position. I almost didn’t buy this because one review said that it did not come with the sunshade (it does come with a canopy that helps blocking her out of the sun.) It has a harness and a Velcro system that keeps her in place. well-made and I am very satisfied with it.
