These run slightly smaller than the sizing chart will have you believe. The padding does help, although it is not a night and day difference. These ARE underwear, as the description says, so I don't get why people are complaining that they can't wear them by themselves. It is in the title. They are thin, light, comfortable. Kind of feels like you are wearing a diaper when wearing them, but it can't be seen through your pants.

Yes, they are underwear for riding a bicycle and not something you wear over your own underwear.I wish they had a guys-use version, though.The process acquiring these was very efficient and well-worth my time.

I bought these for spin class. After my first spin class my rear end was in so much pain and agony, and this lasted for several days. I decided to use these because I can wear them under a pair of shorts. I also purchased a padded seat cover as well and I wouldn't go to spin class without them.

This was my first experience with padded cylcling pants. They were ok, but I could not stay in the saddle for a half an hour, I don't want to blame the density of the padding. However, they fit small.

great under pants for biking. I have to actually go for a ride in it. but it looks like it will do a good job giving support where needed. I can also wear regular shorts over it to go riding.

These run a little small but keeps you comfortable on long rides and breaths great. Order one size up from the normal.

Under sized .3xl may be closer to xl or lg ,low rise.
