It is durable , but does fade quickly.

We purchased the 9x9x9 sails. These things are really great for the price. They block the Sun well, allowing minimal light to get through. They’re not double stitched or reinforced so realistically we expect that they’ll last about one or two summers. I didn’t rate the water resistance because it has not rained since we put them up. The unexpected surprise was that they are very light but seemingly durable. This lends itself well to being manipulated by the wind while not ripping or drooping. They come with twine to put them up but it’s garbage. I purchased the recommended hardware separately and went to the hardware store to purchase guidewire specifically for hanging these type of sails. Example in third pic of what you need. I gave installation three stars because it takes some know-how to use the proper hardware but I imagine you could just put the sail up with the twine provided for a quick shade and it would be much easier but far less effective. The sails themselves are vibrantly colored and really brighten up a yard or patio.Update: 05/2021 These have held up amazingly well in the brutal AZ sun! Of course there is some fading but no where near what you’d expect for such a bright color. These sails made it through our monsoon as well without a single rip! None of the ring attachments tore away either. Truly a fantastic sail. These are NOT the cheap tarp looking sails just to be clear.

The sun shade sail is great. Easy to put up, can be done alone, but takes longer. It is a great addition to the yard.I do recommend doing a tightening of the ropes check when it is raining or just after, since the lines tend to sag once wet for the first time. This has nothing to do with the product only the nature of gravity and water in the lines used to put it up.

We tried a couple other sail shades before settling on this one. This shade is beautiful and easy to use and held up to severe wind and rain storms. We will be buying more in the future.

I wanted to add a bit of color to the shade canopies that I have in my backyard. having the orange one really added color and has helped reduce the hot So Cal sun during the heat of the day. Letting me enjoy my porch more. Was exactly as stated in the description, received earlier then I thought and so far it is doing good. had a birthday party that I hosted and this provided the needed shade to the one area that needed it. Had good comments on color.

I replaced my old Sun Shades with these. I was disappointed that the ones I had purchased a year ago were no longer available. I went with these and am happy with the quality. (They seem to be a bit better.) I haven't had them long, but I like them.

These sail cloths do what they’re supposed to do - offering large swaths of shade in our So Cal backyard. The color is fun and offers a fresh pop to the yard. The negatives are that the color is very intense and casts orange into every window of your home. This can create a darkening of interior spaces if close to a home’s window. Also, not sure about strength - we just put them up - but after an abrupt rainstorm, the water puddled on the sails and created uneven sagging and stretching of the cloth. Another note: we bought carabiners for easy off/on. Would be helpful if they came with this type of hardware.

Sails are great and give just enough shade to keep my veg plants from scalding. The color is beautiful and as we live in the foothills many people have stopped to say they look like some type of sculpture!The 12x12x12 are smaller than I thought for the space ( my fault) so I have ordered 4 larger ones and move this to another part of the garden

Resistió uns lluvia y el agua quedó estancada sin traspasar, se ve de un material resistente, el color idéntico al de la foto. Viene con cuerda para amarrar pero recomiendo usar de otro material ya que se resbala fácilmente.

Sent it back- too large for an apartment balcony. Very nice, however, and worth the price.

Se ve muy bien, realmente decora y protege. La instalación no es difícil, pero si ayudarían algunos consejos de parte del proveedor. Excelente compra… aguanto perfecto los jalones del montaje.
