Tuff Puppy is about a dim-witted but determined dog named Dudley Puppy, who works as a spy for an organization called T.U.F.F. (Turbo Undercover Fighting Force). His partner is a cat named Kitty Katswell. Other helpers are The Chief and Keswick. The series takes place in a fictional city called Petropolis, which is populated by anthropomorphic animals. The Nicktoons figure series include several lines of different figure combinations that feature characters from various Nickelodeon shows. Each pack comes with 4 mini-figures. Some mini-figures come with a stand. The sizes of the figures vary, but they are about 2" tall (some of the figures are bigger or smaller due to their unique designs.)
