This worked great for about 2 weeks, now just makes noises & will not dispense soap. Having trouble contacting seller about this, shame!

Item started running on its own. Return arrangements made. On retrieving the batteries surprised to find them swimming in soap which had leaked through the "waterproof" base. This presumably is why the machine had an electrical malfunction.Looks good, not cheap but inferior quality.

Great little item ,got it today and up to now it's doing its job , easy to work and we'll set up for the sink area where the base could get wet .takes about 8 goes to prime it .only thing I would say is that the model they used for the photo must be a hobit extra from the film's ,I've included a more realistic sized photo .

Great product gives a good amount of soap to wash your hands and looks great in the kitchen as opposed to the plastic bottle. Hands Free Makes it more hygienic too. Would recommend this highly; Great price relative to alternative models and makes.

Before I return this product can anyone help....inserted batteries, filled with hand sanitiser, pressed +/- buttons to initiate dispensing. After an initial couple of successful "scoots" of sanitiser, the sensor appears to be activating ie it lights & whirrs but nothing is being dispensed. Any advice??

After less than 2 months from purchase this has now stopped working and I have no comeback or right to return. In my opinion our household of 2 people did not overuse or abuse this soap dispenser in any way. My only conclusion therefore is that the product is rubbish, not fit for purpose and a waste of money. Not even withstanding the pressure of less than 2 months of low usage.

A great little gadget which fits nicely with the new kitchen décor. It easy to fill and use and looks good.

This product lasted two days and then stoped working. Would definitely not buy again
