I really like this brace.the posture corrector fits great, and is surprisingly comfortable. I also appreciate having all the little velcro straps to adjust the back support. Seems like it should last me a while.I can already feel the difference, even with it off, after a couple of days. It's definitely helped with my lower back pain in particular. The straps are comfortable as long as you have it set up properly. It may take some time to figure out your configuration.Just remember: if the medical posture brace seems to be fitting weird, you probably still need to adjust it.

I was unable to use this brace because it slid up my slender back and cut me under my arms. I had to return it.

Very comfortable and supportive back brace. I like the fact that it covers your back and provides support. The Velcro straps allow you to get a good fit. I’m a tall man and having good posture is difficult for me. This definitely helps!

Just received this today. The quality of this back brace immediately stood out. It's not made from cheap material or anything like that. It's also very easy to put on and adjust. As soon as you get this posture corrector adjusted to the right fit, you can feel the support working. By pulling your shoulders back and pushing your upper back in a little bit, it keeps your spine in a straighter line.I was in a car wreck 10 years ago and fractured 3 vertebrae. I developed thoracic kyphosis (slight hunch of the mid back), and have had chronic lower back pain ever since. This brace definitely helps in correcting my permanently affected posture and reducing the pain a bit. It's not too uncomfortable, and I have a feeling that the more I wear this, the more my spine will start to naturally fix its posture, and the more comfortable it will become. Maybe that's just wishful thinking but, either way, this is a good product. Would recommend.
