Protects against SAR but not built to last!
We've had about 4-5 cases over the past 2 yrs. Each of them last for about a year for both hard & average users. Usually, the lip surrounding the edge starts to tear or pull apart from the base. We continue to buy them b/c of the evidence that backs their claims of SAR-protection.

Not sure it really improved reception that much (for the price it should have) - but because that is a big issue for us, we will keep it until we find something better. What it lacks is not protecting the phone as well as another cover we liked that fully encased the phone.

okay, but won't come off
I can't tell if it's boosted my signal. It's an attractive case. But once it's on your phone, it's really on there. I almost broke my nails trying to remove it today, and still couldn't get it off. I guess I'm stuck with it now

Good looking case with peace of mind.
Fits the phone very snug. Hard to get it off the first few times (to switch it to an armband for workouts). Considering I don't want to be the science experiment for cell phone companies, its worth it for me to spend the money on this if it could reduce my chances of cancer. I was skeptical about it until I found the Wired testing and reviews that it did in fact reduce radiation. I like it in the white, it looks sharp and has stayed clean.

My second Pong IPhone case (two separate phones), and I love it. Wish they were a bit more "stylish", but I like the protection it affords to me and to my phone.

Slips out of the hand
I am usually a big fan of the pong cases. They used to make the smaller cases out of a more grippie material. Without the awkward rubber ring around the outside. The sleek case looks great, but is very slippery and falls out of your hand easily. I will probably return mine, and exchange it for one with that awkward rubber ring on the outside.
