Says beginners but you need some experience or good intuition
Instruction quality is very brief and no additional tuition is given on the Stylesrc website.

Easy Pattern
The instructions can be a bit “patchy” but if you’ve made a dress before they’re fine. The sizing is very generous. The pattern is nice heavy paper , not the usual tissue, I’ve also used the bodice of this dress with the skirt of the “Montana” dress and it worked perfectly.Style Arc are the best patterns I’ve ever used.

Lovely pattern and beautiful dress
I think this is my favourite Style Arc pattern. Easy to use and the result is a dress with clean lines and modern finish. I made mine in a colour block of mustard at the top and forest green at the bottom. Beautiful!!

Excellent
Excellent pattern and very easy to follow ! I’ve had numerous comments about the dresses I have made ! What I will say is that you need to have a bit of experience as the instructions are sparse .

Sparse instructions, poor packaging, difficult to decide correct pattern size
Firstly, I have to say I haven’t actually tried the pattern yet. I’ve sat down to read the instructions in advance and see what fabric type to use.Firstly, the packaging was dire! A clear cellophane “envelope” with a postage label stuck to the front and approx A4 size. The side seam of the inefficient cellophane had split open but presume the single sheet I received “is it.”I’m between sizes but there is no information when ordering of the finished size. Having received the pattern I realise I need the smaller version, so have to pay another £16 or, with my six weeks sewing knowledge, try and reduce the pattern. In addition, as others have said, instructions are very sparse. I have attached the instructions so other beginners like me can decide if there is enough for them to work with.I still think this is a great pattern but some attention to detail, like the indie pattern suppliers I have used in the few weeks I’ve been sewing, would have been lovely from an established company.
