Set of 8 resistance bands in 4 different weight resistances for use with the Ab Wow Core Carver indoor doorway pull-up bar system. The base system comes with the green 15lb medium level bands (set of 2). These additional set of bands contains 2 each of 5lb, 10lb, 20lb and 25lb bands so you can adjust your workout to fit your fitness level.

The grips are not resistant enough.
Watch the video, that happened only after one week of use, and I didn't use it every day.

Measure twice, Buy Once.
Solid piece. The description is confusing: wide, regular, etc. I bought the wide and my door frame is around 33” wide. I wedged it in there and had to make some modifications that I wouldn’t have had to make if I would have bought the smaller (regular) size. It is solid and worth the money. The issues were on my end, not the product.

Only fits up to 49" doorway. Not 51"
Falsely advertised to fit a doorway up to 51". Sticker placed on box covering advertised width changing it to 49". My intended doorway is just over 49". Will not work for my needs.

Nice adjustable bar. Pretty Heavy Duty and Easy to use.
Nothing to dislike. It is an adjustable pull-up Bar for doorways. Looks good I would like more door frame connectors to use this in more positions but this will let you do lots of pull-ups. Good product.
