Unclasp the leveler and rotate the T-pin 90 degrees, pull it out. 6.Clean and storage the levelers and cross tile spacers for reuse. Note: 1. The levelers must be removed before cement dried up, in 3-5 hours. 2.Please rotate the leveler more than 180 degrees to kick out the cement/get enough room for T-pin in installation. This will make it easier to remove.

Waste of time and money
I'm sorry but this product was a nightmare. The install was easy and the tile seemed to be level but the day when removing them horrible experience. Once the plastic breaks away from the metal, you might as well start removing your tiles. If you try pulling out the metal piece, tiles start chipping and your whole day is lost. Not a good product.

No thanks
These are horrible. for one, they don't space at the right measurement and two they are horrible to remove after use. they end up breaking off, leaving the metal piece behind in the joints.

Good but not stainless pins.
Overall, this system is good. However, they are NOT stainless as advertised. They are plated. This means after the first use this plating starts to wear off. When the plating comes off and you clean them with water or vinegar it rusts. Not normally a problem until you use them on marble.

Little bit week
It’s a really helpful for Big tiles for small tiles the tile moves and when you try to release it sometime it breaks, The metal go between the tile can be build stronger

There is a old saying (you get what you pay for) That really applies here. cheap junk, You have to try to hold the tile in place as you tighten the leveler , good luck, I am guessing that the person that designed them never tried to use them
