Hazet5110-3CT Torque Wrench 10 mm (3/8 Inch) 10-60 Nm Made in Germany

Solid quality from a know provider. No, it's not digital, No, it's not back-lit, No it doesn't have an angle torque function. It's old school in all the best ways. Well built, robust and accurate.My only complaint mirrors what others have said. My unit arrived via DHL with a hole in the box, large enough to allow the entire wrench in it's plastic tube to be removed. I was concerned at how many times it might have fallen out and landed hard, but when compared with readings from a digital unit it reads fine. Not sure where the exploratory hole was punched, as the box was clearly opened and resealed at the flaps in Customs.

This Hazet 5110-3CT (10-60 NM) torque wrench is a highly accurate tool and easy to use and also a real joy to use. I now want to buy the Hazet 40-200 NM version. If you have a European make of motorcycle (like BMW, etc.) this is the perfect tool to get all your maintenance torques done accurately. Look at the accuracy test sheet I provided a picture of that came with the torque wrench. You will see the certified torque tests being almost dead on the test specification value and no more off at the worst of 1/2 NM. That works out to a +\- accuracy across the torque wrench range of +\-1%. No other torque wrench I’ve seen can touch that level of accuracy. The hard plastic case it comes in (see provided picture) is also very cool and adequate to tighten down around the wrench and protect it while stored. Mine was ordered on Amazon and it shipped from Germany and arrived at my house in North Carolina in roughly 10 days— fast for overseas!!

Just wanted to say that there had been some negative reviews regarding how the wrench arrived (shipping) and that it has no storage case. My box arrived a bit beat up but the tool was not compromised. The wrench does not have the typical storage case which is a bit odd, but perhaps it's an EU thing with reducing materials or material waste. It did arrive in a clear tube that I'll certainly keep it in, but it's not a thermo-plastic storage container that you normally get when you purchase a tool of substance.

I bought 2.5-25 and 10-60 mostly because they are made in German. It turns out to be a huge disappointment.Both of the wrenches have the problems below.1. Packaged with cheap plastic cases. I knew it before I bought it so I am ok with this one.2. Oil on the heads. If you wipe it clean the oil would come out again.3. Minor scratches and dents on the heads.4. Small defects on the blue plastic parts. Looks like some leftover holes in the plastic modeling.5. If the above ones are appearance only. This one is not - the direction knobs would jitter if you go counter-clock wise when the setting is in clock wise. On the 10-60 one the jitter is so bad I am afraid it would change the clock wise setting to counter clock wise itself.Overall it looks dirty and used. Although I like the design but no way it meets my standard at this price point. If you see the international reviews the problems are so common. I am afraid it's because of the manufacturing process. Returning them now.

Für diesen Preis ein Drehmomentschlüssel mit einer Tolleranz von +/- 3% von dem Top Werkzeughersteller Hazet zu bekommen ist unschlagbar. Wer weiß was die namenlosen anderen Hersteller halten (in Bezug auf die Tolleranz) was sie versprechen ?!Bisher stand Hazet für Werkzeuge für die Ewigkeit. Ich hoffe das ist noch heute so.

Dropped it, got oil on it, beaten it, sat on it, the quality is there and it wont break anytime soon, the clockwise and anticlockwise selection is a little temperamental sometimes but i think thats human error on my part.Overall a very good buy and id recommend!!

Lo que más me ah gustado fue su manera de trabajar a la hora de seleccionar los N necesarios para apretar una rueda o cualquier tornillo que lo necesite , un producto muy caro , pero cumple con todas las espectativas desesdas.

Utilisé dans le cadre de serrage de vis de fixation de main courantes, l'outil s'est révélé fiable et précis. Le prix est certes élevé par rapport à certains articles du sud-est asiatique mais quand la précision s'impose la marque allemande sort du lot ... ainsi que de rares produits français d'origine hélas variable. Reste à voir sur la durée.
