Socket rail holder 12 pc set 1/4 3/8 1/2 drive ball and socket lock mountable

as you read in some of the previous reviews yes the product seems a little flimsy when you put a large socket on the half inch drive. in fact after installing just 1 socket and trying to remove it I actually broke one of the clips. however strength in numbers !!!! once you load the socket rail with 3 or more sockets, the sockets are extremely easy to remove and this works very well and allows the sockets to stand up in the drawer. there are also a few pre drilled holes in the back of the rail allowing you to mount it horizontally or vertically

Not quite the quality I was expecting for the price. MADE IN CHINA. They will do a good job until I drop one though.

I was eager to receive this set of socket holders, as I thought the ball & socket lock mechanism would be superior to the other socket holders Amazon carries. I was very disappointed when the product arrived.The rails the socket holders themselves sit on is very thin/lightweight plastic. The ball & socket lock is very effective ... so much so that pulling sockets loose causes a lot of strain on the weak plastic rail.Note, I tested with the 1/2 socket size, so perhaps the delicate nature of this holder is easier to overlook with the smaller socket sizes. It's a no-go for me, though. I'm headed to my local Sears to look at a Craftsman socket holder tomorrow.

several broke pulling out the sockets. (Broke the bottle rail) be careful if you mount these like i did.

Works great to keep scokets together.

At better inspection some don't even have the bearing that supposed to hold the socket on. I'm returning this ASAP
