Why doesn't Amazon offered NEGATIVE Stars!
This unit is JUNK!I am very tech savvy, and bought it to assist my father's hearing.This unit will not pair with any device I offered. The other two bluetooth devices I bought for the same purpose worked just fine.The unit sent now will not even turn off, and yes I have follow the published directions.Sometimes defective products are shipped, but Timbre Technologies will not even respond to my initial communication. Their warranty website will not actually allow a purchaser to register the product (their "I'm not a Robot" function will not allow the code to be typed and sent).Too expensive an item to be this poor quality!WHy doesn't Timbre Technologies respond to customer's quality issues? No access to warranty registration via their website, and no ability to get an issue resolved. They're just as silent as this crappy product!

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PRODUCT AND THE INABILITY TO BE ABLE TO CONTACT THE SELLER!
I bought one in June 2019. Used it a dozen times, then it failed to work! So disappointed!!! Tried to register the product on their website. Tried to contact them. Neither link worked (had error message) even though I tried many times! I paid €149,99 for this in June, now I see its on sale for €49,99!!! A total waste of money whatever the price. I am very upset as I am an 81 year old disabled pensioner and could ill-afford the product, let alone lose the money on a product that is of no use to me! Is this fair under the trades description? Surely I should be able to at least get a replacement or a repair?

Small, light and effective.
Easy to use so perfect for an older person. I purchased this for my dad and having a simple set up and functions meant that he started using it straight away. I had a slight problem with feedback but sorted that out with better positioning

Not a good sound quality.
The product had poor sound quality that was several seconds delayed. Did not work for our our purpose.

That is not design for everybody
The design is a problem, it does not stay in my ear, ( is to big and slides out ) i have to hold it to my ears.I can not use it i just waste my money.

It just didn't work for me
I tried and tried but for whatever reason when I got it load enough to hear, there was too much static. It is a nicely built and compact unit. I suspect it would work very well for many people.
