not good and also customer service bad

I've had this product for over 3 weeks now, and here's my take on it: at any given time, only half of all channels work. The other half either never stream, or show various error messages from the point of origin. The reason I bought this Ancloud IPTV box is that they advertised Indian & Pakistani channels which I wanted, as well some good news channels like BBC World News and CNN. While most of the Indian channels show up, most of the Pakistani channels do not, and BBC / CNN only work half of the time.It would be nice if they were up front about this product and stated "THESE CHANNELS WORK, ONLY HALF OF THE TIME". But that would be truth in advertising wouldn't it? Shame on me for expecting the truth.I've tried so many things to make sure the issue wasn't at my end ... used it on WiFi, plugged in the box directly into my router via Ethernet, ran speed tests & ping tests on my internet service to make sure everything was working fine, and still no luck. The thing only works half of the time, which is very, very frustrating.Equally frustrating is the lack of support rendered by the folks at Ancloud. A tersely-worded one-sentence email does not make for helpful interaction, Ancloud. You should more pro-actively support and assist your customers since this is a brand-new product, and you make lofty claims that this is the best IPTV service yet. It's clearly not.At the moment, I have no choice but to recommend prospective buyers to stay away from this service, unless they're okay with it not working half of the time.Speaking of which, thank you for your time for reading this review!
