Good bands, weak foam handles
I have used this for in house exercise for few days now. Already one of the foam handle is broken, and other one has a the steel ring expand and chew on the strap. Once both fail, I would be wasting the entire $25 purchase.. If they sell the foam handle separately I might able to salvage the purchase.

Great swim workout!
In Love with the set- it comes with everything you need to get a great resistance workout! I had a Total Knee Replacement 11/‘17, followed by another10 surgeries on the same knee, (2 broken patellas!).I have struggled to find good quality resistance straps - upon receipt I showed them to my physical therapist and he was impressed with the value of the set- these are the real deal!!!! I use them daily in the swimming pool to get an excellent work out! **Upon receipt of initial set, I was missing 2 critical pieces, I sent an email to the vendor and in 5 days seller shipped Another set - 11 beautiful pieces!THESE GUYS ROCK!!! Doubling bands for more weight equivalent
So far the resistance bands are working as expected. Doubling up on them provides a bigger challenge so it is the equivalent to lifting more weight. I also like the color coding that represents the resistance. I use them for various exercises so hopefully they last long.

What I really like about this set is that when you’re away from your gym, I can still get some sort of a work out.

Good product, weight measurements seem off
I was happy with the sturdy construction, I was unsure if the weights are correct and it was a tad later than I thought it would be. But satisfied.

The bands work great! if you need to change your workout at home they are a great way of working out anytime you want. the bands with higher resistance work as shown and provide that force you need to feel like you are working on a actual machine. Overall great buy!
