Upon recieving and opening the box, I noticed the thin, protective plastic was damaged and bent back. I also noticed a warp in the plastic and rubber of the case as seen in the pictures. You can also see that I have left the piece of plastic that is meant to aid the finger print reader and it does not work. Do not believe the information stating that leaving it on will make the reader work. I didn't give it one star because it still holds my phone well. It will serve me well while I buy a different, better case. I do not recommend buying this case.Update: I had to change this to one star. After trying to use my phone with the case on for a day, I found myself completely frustrated. The plastic screen cover on the case nullifies about 50% of all touches/swipes. This case made my phone nearly unusable. I ordered another case from a company on here that I trust. I just wish I hadn't spent the money and time with this one.

Me and my girlfriend ordered these , because we went to a water park, they worked perfectly, no water got inside, we did the water test when we got them, went well. Screen is works well with touch and the finger print works good. Sound does get a lil muffled , so when talking to someone, we just leave the charger tab open, just remember to close it when not in use. Lol, love the case would recommend it!!

Super awesome product! A beautiful case toghether with a front cover - just what I needed. I am not using the 3rd case with the belt clip - but someone else may find that useful. Easy to install - link to youtube video also mentioned so that one might see it before trying to fit the cover. I like the rubberised sides and good feel of it while holding. I do feel that the quality of the plastic for the screen guard could have been better - but not deducting any star for that! The touches do work very good on screen. I am happy I bought this one with built-in screen protector. I got a black one and it blended perfectly with my S10+!

This case does not feel nearly as sturdy as my unicorn beetle. But it is definitely better than nothing. I like the fact that it covers the screen because when the s10+ came out there were NO cases that offered a screen protector so my screen has gotten quit scratches. I can not use the finger print sensor at all which really stinks! I was expecting more especially after reading the reviews.

Great case for my phone but makes my conversations very muffled. I'm on the phone a lot so this doesn't work that well for me. Other than that, the case is great.

So I usually don't review items I buy. However, this case is awesome and thank goodness my phone was in it. On jan 3rd, my foot boot got caught on the moving walk outside of Universal orlando city walk. My phone went flying and dropped 25 ft into the middle of the right lane of traffic. The security guard was able to get it and amazingly the phone was fine.

Overall great. Bummed that the fingerprint membrane fails. Even applied correctly, its hit or miss....mostly miss on if it reads print right. Sound quality is decreased, but I'll take it for a life proof case.

I have had my s10+ in our pool several times with this case and no issues. I will update in a few months
