It's big and roomy. I wish there were more smaller pockets and like pockets for organization purposes. It is durable and it is indeed water resistant for rainy days. It's comfortable as well. Unfortunately the zipper has been getting stuck repeatedly. I can usually fix it myself after a bit but it gets pretty stuck and there is a good amount of resistance from the zipper. I've been getting shamed at work for using a backpack to store my office supplies in so I will be switching to a tote bag soon. That has nothing to do with the backpack of course. It served me well for a good couple of months or so despite the zipper issue. Having grown up with a relative who knows a lot about sewing and stuff I have high expectations for zippers on the items I buy.
