The Swipe FBA_TS Guitar Cleaning and Care Product (SW101)

It's not bad. It doesn't work as well as a treated cloth I have but the cloth wears out. This seems fairly durable. The bent edge of the string card makes getting the underside of strings very convenient. There are no liquids involved. I'm wary of liquids. Like as not, they will turn the string dead. You also get a small polishing cloth for the guitar body. The two don't take up much room in the accessory compartment of your guitar case. Using this will prolong the life of your strings, not forever longer than just wiping them down with a clean cloth.

I play long gigs and my sweat destroys strings. I tried many cleaners, wipes, and cloths to help my strings last longer than 1 gig. Every single cleaner or lubricant worked for a short time but then becomes addictive; I'd use more and get less results over time.Swipe is the first and only cleaner that gets all the oil and dirt off my strings. I don't feel so bad using my favorite strings anymore as Swipe keeps them clean and snappy for long enough to warrant the price... and doesn't use oily chemicals! I can get through several weeks of practice or even two gigs without feeling like I'm compromising any performance.Aside from 100% brilliant results, the Swipe design is flawless. It does everything the manufacturer's description says perfectly.

Doesn't work as I expected. Either my hands are way cleaner than I think they are, or the Swipe does very little to nothing in terms of cleaning guitar strings. I have used it dozens of times, and can't see any evidence of that on the Swipe. The idea behind this device is great, but in my experience it doesn't work as well as it's supposed to

Love the Swipe! I love the fact that it is chemical free. I love that you can clean under, around and the top of not just your strings, but practically the whole guitar! I couldn't believe all the dirt hiding on the bottom of my strings and I usually run a microfiber cloth under them after playing. Now I'm just waiting to see how long it lasts. The manufacturer says it should last about 6 months and if that's true then it's well worth the money!

Cleans srrings on autoharp very easily. Good investment.

Does exactly what it says; cleans the strings. It's easy to ignore how much dirt accumulates on the strings, particularly underneath where you don't touch. I was surprised by how much muck came off the strings and onto the cleaning cloth. Gross! Buy it. Use it. It lasts for ages.
