I wish I knew the words to express how powerful this book was. I didn’t know how much pain I was carrying until I read this. Going through the steps outlined in this book, helped me to release so much hurt that I had been carrying for years! I am so grateful for this book Stephan. Thank you God for using him in this way to bring us healing and hope.

This is the 1st I’ve read that forces me to sit down and evaluate my dating history and to face the pain I’ve experienced in broken relationships, as well as the hurt I’ve inflicted on others as a result of just trying to get passed it and not fully healing. With God’s help, I’m ready to do the work...

Wow this book was the truth! Not what I expected. A must read to learn to love yourself and heal. Then, you can move on to a healthier future/relationships.

It I had purchased this book when I was going through pain, it wouldve helped me so much. Even after overcoming my pain and finding this book, it still opened my eyes more to things that I didn't even think of. If you're hesitant, dont wait this book is a must read. It really go deep into deeper problems that you're too afraid to look at. It made me more aware and showed me to be stronger. It's the first step to healing but it wont be handed to you, you have to WANT to do the work.

Opening the door to heart wounds is hard but worth the journey. This book is not only a catalyst but will help you to identify/expose the layers of brokenness that need to be healed. This is a must read for someone who is willing to dive deep into their heart healing.

This book by Stephan LaBossiere, "Finding Love After Heartbreak", is powerful. I was trying to filter through the hurt, pain, shame, disappointments, and frustrations, and I was introduced to the books through Instagram. It captivated by heart, opened my eyes, challenged me to confront old pains. Yes, this Counselor to others had to take lessons from someone else. By reading this book, it challenged me to heal, before opening myself up to another relationship. It encourages, corrects, teaches, directs, and guide with simplicity and love. I Iove how well he explain things to where I can understand and grasps what is needed to be able to begin to heal. I have sent this book to a special friend/sister of mine. I felt I receive what I was expecting when I paid for the book. I look forward to reading and hearing more from Stephan!

Good read.Useful exercises and activities. A good way to practise selfcare after a bad breakup. Would definitely recommend this book

In love with the book

I found it boring, I do not like the author's style of writing. The book is filled with phrases like "Listen". This is not a proper way to write a book.Regarding the content, I did not find it helpful at all. Way too often I had the feeling that, even though I was actually reading something, nothing of true value was in there. Too much rambling. Get to the point.Waste of money.

Wonderful book!! He has written it in a very simple yet understandable way. Something which most of us can relate to, I am sure!
