dont buy this stuff it doesnt workk at allll i recieve it and i fix it as the instruction paper said but it doesnt work at all that plastic piece in the meddile attachments pops out each time i try to workout with it i had through it away to the kids to play with it it doesnt work at allllllllif i live in the States i would sure ask for refund
