Justin Time: The Big Pet Story

This is one of my daughter's favorite Justin Time episodes. I was excited to get the book for her, but I was disappointed that it doesn't match the episode. The rules for taking care of a pet elephant are not presented in the same order, which changes some of the flow of the story (compared to the episode) but doesn't seem to bother my daughter. My biggest frustration, however, was that some of her favorite lines have been changed; the most noticeable is when Squidgy refers to Tiny's "oopsie" as "stinky-winky" instead of "smelly-welly" as he does in the episode, which is my daughter's favorite line.On the plus side, the general lesson of the story, that a pet can be a lot more work than you expect, is the same, and the art is very similar to the episodes.

My 2-year old son loves Justin Time and Justin Time Go! on Netflix. He enjoyed getting this book for Christmas. I wish there were more books I can get him and toys too!

Absolutely LOVE this book. My Daughter is a huge Justin Time fan and was so excited to get this book. We love the illustrations done for this. Great quality and easy to read. Will purchase the other book offered as well.

My kid and I love Justin Time, it's very entertaining and educational. My 2-yr-old reads books every night before bed but he doesn't really care for this book. I thought he would love it since he loves the show...the way the story was written is just not as good as the show.

Great Book, my grandson wants to know when there will be another book coming out, he is only 4. Enjoys going to the back of the book to see if the author mentions other books.. A big Fan

I libri (e anche i DVD) della serie di "Justin Time" sono favolosi. Al mio piccolo di due anni piace tantissimo perche' le illustrazioni sono ben fatte. Come mamma sono contenta invece perche' le storie portano sempre in qualche posto lontano del mondo e sono quindi molto istruttivi.Adatti quindi a varie eta'.

I loved the illustrations , the colours used . The imagination for the storyline was exciting for the little one reading it.
