I had them for my daughter when she was 1 and now I got them for my 2 year old son. They are so easy to get off and on and they dry easily, so they are a no brainer when we head to the rocky beach near our house. Unlike other sandals or water shoes, these have an almost sneaker like sole, so I know their little feet are being supported. I think that they re-designed the sole in the last 2 years, because I notice my sons sandals have more sole all around my sons feet. Almost like they are wide, except the straps fit my sons medium feet. He doesn't trip, which was my concern.
