A retake on Snow White
If you like fairy tales and like reading them told in a new light then this might be the book for you. We met Camille who has no memory of her life before the age of 7 but is plagued by nightmares. She is adopted by a family of vampires and ends up falling in love with the son Nicco. It starts slow (but thats just the ground work being laid), what happens as she approached her 16th birthday makes her confront her nightmares and creates a deeper bond between her and Nicco. this story also features little red riding hood and Cinderella all told in a different context. A great young adult read.

One of the best series to take the fairy tales to the next level.
Lili St. Crow provides a fresh look at the tale of Snow White and Beauty and the Beast while also keeping this tale completely separate from the original-something not easily done. I would recommend this book to those who have a love of fairy tales, fantasy, and spin offs from the classics.

Great read!
Hard to sift through the vocabulary at first but then things pick up. Would like this better with additional perspectives from other characters.

the very ending is what made this book 5 stars for me...
this was another of those books that i gave five stars to because it came together. there were frustrations in the reading. but as a retelling of snow white, i did like camille. i also liked the family, and how she was taken in, but the ending... the very ending, it made the book five stars for me... that last chapter... Lili St. Crow has her own style of writing. I'm not a fan and I'm not a hater of her style, it's how she writes.

A new twist on an old story
I really enjoyed how the elements of the story built up to a new twist on an old fairy tale. You have no idea until about 1/3 of the way through the book which one it is and it was well spun.

Such an Intriguing Read!
I just love the storyline and how you just get to jump into the world that's been created. I also really enjoy the relationships created and the touch of romance you can't wait to get more into.

Twist on an old tale
This book is very confusing. It's written with no real explanation and almost everything needs an explanation. It's an interesting plot and something new to read about but the writing just didn't flow. I wonder if it was even edited? Nonetheless an interesting plot but not written to its full potential.

Fairy Tales, dark and good
Lili St Crow has taken a classic fairy tale, added a healthy twist of darkness, originality, and a hint of mythology to create a fascinating and unique 'verse for the reader to explore.

Excellent
Along the lines of her Jill kismet series - same suspension and deep and dark I love her writing and tone page turning reading e dry time.

Ok
Not as good as her strange angels series but still a good read. Found it dragged out in places.

I love this author's work!
I was expecting a bigger ending for this book but I still loved every minute of it. In fact I wish this was a trilogy because I can't stop thinking about the story and what happens next. If your looking for something a little different then this is for you!

It gets better eventually
I really didn't enjoy that book as much I wished to. Lili St Crow created a whole world in this a it like J.K. Rowling in her serie but without explaining anything, you get car brand, fashion brand etc... thrown at you right from the start and don't really know what is what or if it's supposed to be nice or junk. Also I never quite caught the retelling of Snow White, I mean the two following books you know right from the beginning where you are. In Nameless not so much and the only indication that it's a retelling of Snow White is Cami having very dark hair and fair skin and the strange excerpt about apples you get from time to time.
