Painful but Effectieve Self-Healing
Very easy, practical and effective self-healing method. Painful in the beginning though! First take it easy, then gradually extend the duration of the practice. And take into account that both paida and lajin can ignite strong and unpleasant cleansing processes. But don't let it discourage you to continue with it. Know that these cleansings are all temporary "good" side effects and an inevitable part of the healing process. I recommend it to integrate it into your daily routine.

Simple, effective yet requires work
For such little money, I acquired a lifetime tool to get healthy while the medical industry continues exploiting and creating patients. I respect the author not only for his skills, but for his willingness to convince to cure people.I started with 10 minutes each side day and I can feel my shoulders loosening up and itchiness in my foot on the floor. I can feel biking easier as well as moving around. The breathing is also easier although I am fairly healthy. I do not have extreme pains but I feel bored waiting so I put on some music and practice belly breathing at the same time. I feel this daily minimum is quite helpful and eventually will increase to 20 minutes a day. I love the floor squatting. I can sit and relax this way for hours without any pain. And as I starting feeling lousy one day, I started partying my arm, the purple stuff surfaces on the skin and I also patted my head and along the meridians. I took some extra antioxidants with the meal and went to bed. I woke up as healthy as ever. I did not even take any herbs. I usually shove down some garlic but I had some apple cider and vinegar for my throat. The book is a treasure and I enjoy his stories with the Tibetan monks. I am glad the Chinese government allow him to share his knowledge freely unlike our medical pirates in the US. He can be eliminated if he invades the market. He knows it but karma will take care of him. He will not get cancer like our american medical intellectuals who cannot even cure their own family. My gratitude to him for publishing such a useful books.

This really worked for me
I got this book on the recommendation from a Magnum book I bought. There are also plenty of you tube videos for clarification. I couldn't believe it! This really works. By stretching and "slapping" exercises I felt the difference. This book is #1 seller in Hong Kong. There is a reason for this. It works. At first, it may seem a little strange to Western sensibilities. It's all about meridians of energy in the body. By slapping these "points" on the body - old stagnant energy is moved and starts to flow freely again. Keeping these meridian lines "open" keep the body and mind in good working order. It may seem strange at first, but give it a good honest try. You'll be glad you did.

Do not miss it,
It is a great text book full of knowledge. The system is simple but it takes time to measure it. To get the full experience, search also for the exercises on line so you can see whaypt you read in video. Healing happens but it takes time and consistency to work. The Paida part is challenging specially when you are suggesting it to patients or clients, but if you read and understand the whole conceptions reasons, it makes all the sense in the world.

It's all common sense and it WORKS! One thing ...
It's all common sense and it WORKS! One thing: You have to actually do the work. Nobody else can stretch, eat healthy and meditate for you. So if you are looking for another instant gratification pill, don't get this book. This book is a game changer!

Easy to learn and pratice book
Paida Lajin book is very interesting, describing meridians of organs on important body places. Also exercises are easy to learn and practice. You need not to buy special tools. Cheap natural method. Sometimes few years ago before I knew about this book when I had headache I wanted to slap my head or after nose operation to slightly tap around it, I felt it so natural and did it. But not enough long. Now this book explains that this is the most natural way and approves my doing. Slapping is natural, and you must know where to slap, where meridians go.

Very useful information
Great book. Very educational. I only wish it was available in printed form. That would have made it so much easier to use.

New perspective
I really enjoyed the concept and the new idea. When I started doing the slapping on myself for the first time, I instantly got a bruise on the inside of my arm. After the next few times it was completely gone. I have done a lot of healing on myself, so I didn't experience any major shifts, other than the initial bruise.I also find the technique quite noisy and time-consuming. I know there is merit to the technique, much along the lines of ice cold showers, but it requires dedication and time. I think it will be excellent for people with a lot of stuck energy, though they should be careful not to overdo it.

Paida Lajin.
I came across Hongchi Xiao in a YouTube video about an alternative healing gathering in Nairn, Scotland. He was demonstrating Paida Lajin and I was hooked.Anyway, I had a very sore neck a few weeks back and looked him up on YT again. The results were amazing. So I bought the kindle book.Mind you, the prospect of slapping myself silly for 3 hours a day sounds a bit daunting.

Be careful!
Be areful with the lajin. I strained my leg and am currently limping around! The paida bit works well though.
