Everything works fine on this small shredder. Basket is easy to move in and out, paper is shredded about like I thought it would be, and wheels on bottom make it easy to move around.The sound is a little louder than I anticipated when operating - but no big problem since I do not use it a lot.

I bought this product over a year ago. Shredded an occasional piece of paper and it worked OK. Now in quarantine, I decided to go through files and clean up. The shredder lasted through maybe 50 pieces of paper and then stopped. There was so much paper stuck in the roller that it took me an hour to clean it out. Did the same thing again and then stopped working altogether. Supposedly handles 10 sheets at a time and I never put more than two at a time in because it always sounded like it was going to die. The other issue is that the shredder portion is extremely heavy so lifting it out to clean was a pain. And it's top heavy so it falls over easily and then you have a bazillion little pieces of paper to clean up. Never again.

I love that it's white and fits perfectly with my decor. It is a dependable shredder and works well.

I bought this paper shredder because it has a pullout bin and I was looking forward to not having to lift the shredding unit off the bin to empty the bin. What a waste of money! The directions say to only shred for 3 minutes at a time and let it cool to room temperature before shredding again. I've never heard of such a thing before! Nevertheless, we followed the instructions in detail including removing all staples and not shredding more than 10 pages at a time. It jammed repeatedly even when she shredded single pages for less than 3 minutes. I strongly advise against buying this shredder. I feel like we threw away our money on this purchase!
