Strengthens My Hair
You don’t need much shampoo for it to have a noticeable effect. Two small squirts are ample for my shoulder-length hair. If that’s all I put in my hair, my scalp still tingles but not unpleasantly so.The scent is mild. I can’t say I smell the vanilla—but it’s so faint that it doesn’t really matter. It doesn’t lather as much as perhaps some other shampoo but it does seem to strengthen hair. Which is a good thing.There is no single product that will make your hair grow faster. Maybe they will invent one but they have not yet. So the trick is to cleanse your hair and strengthen it against breakage. This shampoo does just that and at a reasonable price.I recommend it.

Makes my hair soft without damaging it
So at my age I've just started to really let my curls do their thing. Using gentle shampoos, microfiber toweling, leave in conditioner. So no shampoos with sulfates shall grace my dyed, frizzy, curly hair again. This is a very gentle shampoo with a very light fragrance. I had hoped for more scent, also it's a stretch to call it jasmine. But this cleans so gently and thoroughly that it's just what I need for my damaged hair. Now with no sulfates you won't get a big head full of lather. I had to get accustomed to this. I also probably use more than I need but I've cut down to washing my hair to twice a week and I have to feel all the products are out of my hair. This is a great price for the size bottle you get.Certainly you can get cheaper shampoos but they're awful for your hair. I'm very pleased and anticipate reordering.

Gentle cleansing.
Hair RX shampoo offers a gentle cleansing.It smells nice - There is a hint of lavender with some notes of bergamot (citrus) and patchouli (mint).The scent is great - calming and relaxing.It promotes healthy hair. I haven’t noticed any drying out of my hair, although my hair is colored.There isn’t a ton of lather, but enough to make you feel that your hair is clean.This shampoo offers some shine and seems to make my hair seem healthier.It is sulfate and paraben free. Not to mention, the company says that it is cruelty free.(For those who are sensitive to parabens, this is definitely worth taking a look).The 10 ounce bottle fits easily in your shower caddy or in any cabinet that you wish to keep it in.I would give Hair RX shampoo 4 stars.

Lavender Scent is Appealing
This shampoo has a lovely lavender scent - not overpowering but pleasant to smell as you're washing your hair. It goes away after your hair dries. It cleaned my hair but left it feeling a little frizzy and dry. I needed some conditioner to restore my hair to a feeling of softness so this shampoo really isn't as moisturizing as advertised. The pump is also a little awkward to use and I would have preferred the upside down shampoo bottle model as the liquid wasn't easy to get out despite being rather thin in texture. While I love the scent, the shampoo isn't extraordinary. It's OK but I wouldn't necessarily order it again.

Makes my hair stiff, not silky, soft, or rejuvenated
I had a difficult time opening the pump. Once I got it open, I was less than thrilled with the product. It is a thick shampoo and felt thick on my hair. It was a bit difficult to rinse out.The conditioner was the same; however I never got the pump working. Using a small amount, I ran it through my ends. Once again this was difficult to rinse out.After blow drying my hair and styling it, I noticed it felt like my hair had product still in it. The next morning I tried using less, but still had the same feeling like my hair was covered in product.I get that it is for rejuvenating hair, but it left my hair stiff, not soft. I would not use this again, nor do I recommend it.

Nice shine, a bit more volume, but not a true jasmine scent
I love the smell of jasmine. The fragrance is really the reason I ordered this shampoo. The jasmine scent in this is okay, but nothing special. I know there are a lot of different jasmines, so of course there should be some leeway given for judging this, but--to me--this is not a natural jasmine scent. It is a bit too sweet and candy-like, smelling it right from the bottle.Smelling it on the hair is another thing: There is not much to it, and it is not lasting. I was hoping for a little remaining scent to perfume my bed pillow, but, no.I do appreciate that I do not need a conditioner with this shampoo. (My hair is not full and curly, though. And my hair does seem to have a bit more volume when I'm using this.
