Perfect Screen Protector
When I opened the pack and first saw these protectors with no camera or proximity sensor cutouts, I was ready to knock a couple stars off of my review. However, after installing one and using it for a day, I realize that Spigen made the right call in only having one cutout for the speaker. The proximity sensor is not affected in any way by the protector, there are several apps in the play store you can download to test this. The camera is also unaffected, and the real reason they can get away this is this protector is absolutely, perfectly clear. There is no effect on light transmission whatsoever, and I'll bet 99% of people won't be able to tell a screen protector is installed. The feel is as hard and slick as any plastic screen protector could ever hope to be.Installation is as easy as any dry protector I've used. I use this with a Spigen Neo Hybrid case (also excellent), and they don't interfere with each other, but there is absolutely no room for error. I used the tape hinge method, with blue masking tape (painter's tape), for my first install attempt. This looked good, but putting the case on peeled a couple corners, confirming a lopsided installation. I decided to redo the installation with the case installed and using it as an alignment guide. This worked great, and despite being removed and having needed dust removed from the sticky side multiple times, my first protector still looks perfect and has developed no bubbles that couldn't be pushed out with my fingers. My installation advice is if you are going to use a case that covers the screen somewhat, like the Neo Hybrid, install the protector with the case on the phone. Otherwise, if you're not going to use a case, or have an opened face case like the Spigen Ultra Fit, install it with the case off using the tape hinge method. The things you should have on hand for install are a roll of blue masking "painters" tape (4 small stickers are provided, but better safe than sorry), a high quality microfiber cloth (the included one seems decent enough, but I trust my Magic Fiber cloth more), a can of air duster, a bright headlamp, and a clean workspace (which I lack, but would have made this a lot easier). If you're looking for a protector that's anti-glare or anti fingerprint, keep looking. If you want something to protect the glass without changing anything else, these are perfect.

good but could be even better
I chose spigen because of the long standing good reputation of their products. Having owned the nexus 4 and also using the Spigen screen protector (ultra crystal), I'm glad to say that the nexus 5 protector has a better fit than the nexus 4. this is in part due to the lack of a curved screen, thereby resulting in a much tighter fit, unlike the nexus 4 which will cause the screen protector to accumulate dust due to lifting of the screen protector at the sides. sensitivity is also as good, if not better than original glass. this is a huge factor for me, as my rearth screen protector on my nexus 7 fhd is giving me a huge headache as I'm typing this review, missing an average of 2 out of 10 keystrokes :(praises aside, this product has a few flaws that needs to be addressed. firstly, there should be cut outs for the front facing camera and ambience sensor, not having it just seems laziness to me. secondly, it is a huge finger print magnet, Spigen should consider putting a higher density olephobic coating. lastly, I know plastic will never be as durable as glass, but having advertise so much about their 4h hardness, it will be great if the protector can withstand common daily items in your pocket or bag like keys. when you have a screen as sharp as the nexus 5's, scratches are a huge eyesore on the beautiful screen.that being said, I baby all my gadgets, and as far as your money can go, I'll still say Spigen is your safest bet when it comes to reasonable, good quality protection. :)

Best screen protector i have ever used
Quite a split decision In reviews of these screen protectors... In short mine was easy to install the first time, is imperceptible when looking at the screen and feels very smooth when swiping on the screen. I have used screen protectors since about 2003 on a windows pocketpc, and so far, this is the best one overall. For me, installation was easy using the "hinge method" I let one piece of dust in just on the edge, and the was able to lift the edge a bit and pull it out using the dust removal sticky strips. I generally install these in as dust free of a place as I can. I also usually stick something to the screen to remove dust first (tape) and keep the phone and protector facing down while installing to avoid dust falling down on them.Yes, there is only a cut out for the do speaker, I haven't noticed degradation of the front camera or issues with proximity sensor. I even used an app to check the reported proximity before and after installation and i couldn't tell the difference.I have this installed in conjunction with a snug fit tpu case that has a small lip around the front. Nothing coming up on the edges yet, the protector seems to be thin enough not to be affected.. (A note on the cases like this, because bezels on the N5 are so small, it makes it hard to swipe things "off the screen" because I bump into the case before the edge of the screen.)Finally, the smoothness and evenness are the best I a have ever scene. I have always used screen protectors, and many varieties including the wet application "stretchy" type. This is just the best one I have ever had. VERY smooth when swiping on keyboard or in games (I have had some in the past that make fruit ninja impossible, oh the humanity) and I cant see any streaking in bright or low light. In fact I can't even tell this thing is on unless I look at the edges. As with any product, YMMV, but I think these are great. What a deal to get 3 for this price.

Incredible screen protector
I've owned many phones and have always has screen protectors. I started with cheap protectors costing 2$ for a dozen, then went for more expensive protectors, either from Zagg or GhostArmor.I felt Zagg was too expensive, and hated the fact that its liquid application left "smudges" between both surfaces.I wasn't a fan of the Ghost Armor, because it never seemed to stick properly on the edges. After being reinstallef 4 times over a month, I called it quit.I ordered these for my nexus 5. I really had no high expectations on the product, being 1/4 the price of Zagg, in a 3 pack vs a single unit. I'm not sure if I received the proper screen protectors, but I ordered these and my packaging says "Ultra Clear".An trust me, it's pretty incredibly clear. I'd almoat say it's invisible, to be honest, I have to double check around the ear speaker piece to see if it's actually there. As for the negative reviews of modifying the screens surface, I wouldn't worry about that. At first I did get used to the glass feeling of the raw nexus 5. When I first put the protector on, I did feel a difference, but honestly can't recall a difference two days later, from the naked screen, to the feeling with the protector on. It does smudge, buy never as much as the original glass. Now, understand I am a sign guy, and "play" with stickers all day. I'm quite used to all sorts of applications, and must say this one wasn't the easiest. It was far from the hardest, but I did wreck the first on.It's a basic "NO DUST AT ALL" application, and don't smudge your fingers on the sticky part application. Again, I stress the fact that the screen must be 110% clean. I usually like to clean the screen with a cat hair roll (those dollar store rolls) brush, before installing, that way I am sure there is zero residues on the screen.I'm really happy with this product, truth be told, I have never been happier with any other screeb protectors I have purchased in the past. It's an absolute buy.

Go for it!
This screen shield was the first thing I purchased when I got my phone. As a long-time Spigen user, I love their products, as they have precise cutouts, excellent quality and are crystal clear. Sure, you can get a screen shield for 100 bucks from eBay, but trust me. That will not be the same as this one.Installing it is easy. They provide some excellent stickers which you can use, if at all some dust gets under the screen shield after you install it.The screen of the G3 is the best part of the phone. So you wouldn't want it to be hampered by a bad screen shield. However, this Spigen shield is amazing. It does not have any sort of rainbow effect which some cheap stuff have, and it feels like you don't have a screen shield on at all. (That is, if you install it carefully and properly)Overall, I would say go for it. You're getting 3 of them for 800 bucks. Considering the price of the G3, this is pretty cheap. :)
