New Star Foodservice 38200 Wood Handle Flexible Grill Turner/Spatula, 21-Inch

All I can say is "Wow!!" I bought this in a hurry because I needed it for a group hamburger picnic at the park. I just went for the longest spatula I could find, and didn't expect to like it as much as I do this one! It's very sturdy, and the size is pretty much perfect for flipping burger patties on a grill. I know it's weird to be excited about a grill tool, but I can't believe I scored this item in such a hurry!

It was very sturdy. It work well in a professional kitchen. Handled everything well. I would purchase it again for both of the restaurants.

It's quite rugged and well made, not flexible, quite stiff, so it can pick up heavy food items. On the other hand, being that stiff and rugged, it is quite thick and a little difficult to get under burgers, so there's that. In general, it's perfect for most needs of barbequing and being stainless steel it will definitely last a long time. I plan to grind or sand down the front and side edges to make it slip under food on the grill, so I hope that will help a little with burgers and other items that are difficult to get under.

This is a great size spatula for BBQ and slipping a pizza (like papa Murphy's) off it's paper tray for finishing the crust browning.

Got tired of burnin my hand grilling. This thing is awesome and can flip up to 4 burgers at once!

Good length no more burnt fingers.

This is the spatula that gets the job done .. my husband has a very big smoker bbq combination and this is able to flip and grab the items in the very back with any issues of getting burnt .. he did modify it by adding a hole with a small chain so it can be hung from the bbq shelf holder .. otherwise perfect .

Seeme to be a good quality spatula, time will tell
